One mile warmup run

half mile run 70% max speed (more than a jog, be out of breath)
20 jumping lunges
20 squats
10 frog jumps
40 russian twists

half mile run, 80-85% (hit it, get that heart pumping)
20 jumping lunges
20 squats
10 frog jumps
1:00 jumping jack plank

one mile run cool down
stretch
